KnowBull Code of Practice
You agree that you will:
- Comply with all applicable laws, relating to (but not limited to), privacy, intellectual property, anti-spam regulations, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide accurate information to us and keep it updated.
- Use your real name on your profile.
- Use the Services solely for the purpose intended. That is, the identifying, recommending and recruitment of professional people known personally to you or other KnowBull Members, and to offer your professional advisory services to others.
You agree that you won't:
- Create a false identity, misrepresent your identity or misrepresent your professional experience and expertise, current or previous positions, and your qualifications.
- Misrepresent your connection with any person.
- Act dishonestly or unprofessionally, including by posting inappropriate, inaccurate, or objectionable content;
- Use an image for your profile that isn't your true likeness.
- Create a Member profile for anyone other than your true self.
- Use or attempt to use another's account.
- Send communications to other Members that don't directly relate to the purposes of the KnowBull Services.
- Attempt in any way to access another Member's Private Database.
- Scrape or copy profiles and information by any means.
- Disclose information about other people without their permission.
- Violate intellectual property rights of KnowBull or others, including patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights or other proprietary rights.
- Post any material to the KnowBull NoticeBoard that doesn't directly relate to the purpose of the KnowBull Services.
- Post anything that contains harmful code of any description.
- Use KnowBull for any other purpose than the provision of the Services.
- Use the information or content of other Members for any other purpose than the provision of the KnowBull Services.
- Use any feature of the Services for financial advantage other than in identifying and recommending suitably qualified people for jobs and gigs on behalf of employers and recruitment agencies.
- Share or disclose information of others without their express consent, and that doesn't directly relate to the provision of the KnowBull Services.
- Use bots or other automated methods to access the Services, add or download contacts, send or redirect messages, or mimic the appearance or function of the Services with the intention to deceive.
- Access the Services except through the interfaces provided by KnowBull.
- Attempt to defeat any security feature of the Services.
- Interfere with the operation of the Services by any means.
