Hannah Recommends Steven
Hannah fills out the recommendation form with details about the IRD job opportunity and why Steven would be perfect for it.
Steven Gets Email
Steven receives a personalized email from Hannah via KnowBull. He logs in, completes his profile, and confirms his interest.
IRD Reviews Profile
IRD's hiring manager receives Steven's anonymized resume, accepts the terms and success fee, then communicates with Hannah about Steven's fit.
Interview Process
Full details are released. IRD contacts Steven directly for interviews while we track progress and send periodic updates to all parties.
Hannah Gets Paid
Steven is hired! IRD pays the success fee, held for 30 days. After confirmation, Hannah receives her payment minus the 10% platform fee.

Everything you need to know about Knowbull
We're launching KnowBull in phases. The Early Alpha (first 90 days) is a testing phase where features are limited and members can choose to waive success fees. Late Alpha (90-180 days) brings full features with standard pricing.
It's completely free for referrers and candidates to join KnowBull. During Early Alpha, you can even choose to waive success fees. In Late Alpha, employers pay a standard $500 USD success fee plus 3% transaction fee.
You sign up, recommend a connection for a job, we contact them via email. The candidate completes their profile, the employer reviews (with name initially redacted), and if interested, we facilitate the introduction. If hired, you get paid!
In Late Alpha: when your recommendation is successfully hired, the employer pays the success fee, which is held for 30 days. After confirmation from all parties, you receive 90% of the fee (we keep 10% as our platform fee).
During Early Alpha, yes! You can use phone and direct messages with connections you already have. In Late Alpha, all communication flows through the platform for better tracking and transparency.
During the Early Alpha phase, members can choose not to charge a success fee. This helps us test the platform and allows you to help connections without monetary motivation.
No, but it makes sign-up easier. You can create a KnowBull account with just an email address. LinkedIn integration simply helps us pre-fill your profile information.
In Late Alpha, success fees are held for 30 days after the hire is confirmed. This ensures the placement is stable before releasing payment to you.
Yes! If you know several people who would be great fits, you can create multiple recommendations. Each recommendation is tracked separately with its own unique process.
